As a certified supply chain and operations professional with 20+ years of experience, Jennifer has had the privilege of working across a diverse range of CPG industries.
Jennifer’s background spans operations, supply chain and project management at both private and publicly traded companies, where she led transformative initiatives in materials planning and inventory management to optimize procurement and operations, streamlined New Product Development (NPD), assessed trade and regulatory needs for new markets, documented legacy processes to mitigate risks, and revitalized departments to foster engaged, high-performing teams that adapt to evolving business needs.
Her industry experience includes the regulated industries of food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and natural health products, along with the valuable addition of all things glass. Through her work with Coralus Ventures and Capilano University’s Indigenous Accelerator Program, Jennifer’s mission is clear: empower businesses to adapt, thrive, and grow with operational excellence — while honouring community, sustainability, and cultural values.
