PROFiX Accounting & Strategy Ltd.
As the Fractional Director of Operations for PROFiX, we have led their operations and technology since 2021. This includes setting up a full tech stack (CRM, project management system, communication system, scheduling platform) and documenting and training the team on all new software. Mapping out their systems allowed us to create a company handbook of processes and a handbook for onboarding and offboarding processes.
As a result of operations consulting, strategic planning and focusing on business growth, PROFiX has seen a 160% increase in revenue, including experiencing a 68% increase in profits in the first quarter of implementing a new pricing structure.
Sculpt Marketing
As Fractional Chief Operating Officer for Sculpt Marketing, we first mapped and documented all company-wide and project processes and then streamlined them, increasing efficiency, profitability, and reduced project times. We designed, created and implemented Sculpt’s hiring funnel, including hiring for at least 3 roles.
By running a full project profitability audit using operations consulting techniques, we identified large-scale projects that were losing money and implemented changes to immediately see profitability in these projects. Going forward, we helped Sculpt create a detailed scope and pricing calculator to ensure all new projects were profitable from day one.
rogue bookkeeping
We started working with Rogue Bookkeeping when she applied for her Digital Adoption Plan grant and was looking for a certified CDAP advisor. We analyzed their scope and timing of services to create a detailed pricing calculator and designed and set up a sales and client onboarding system (including setting up their CRM).
We’ve been fortunate to continue our working relationship with Megan and her team after her CDAP process was complete, and have consulted with Rogue Bookkeeping on hiring and training, as well as strategic business planning for future growth.
