Since 2021, we have acted as the Fractional Director of Operations for this legal accounting firm, overseeing every area of the business, and building processes and tech up nearly from scratch, including:
- Mapping systems and processes for nearly every area of the business including marketing, sales, client intake and onboarding, hiring, team onboarding and training, ongoing team management and communications, document management, project management, client offboarding, and strategic planning.
- Designing and setting up numerous tech systems including CRM, Project Management Software, Zoho Forms, Communication software, VoIP online phone systems, Employee databases, sales and revenue forecasting systems.
- Setting up integrations and automation to ensure all systems are talking to each other, such as programming an automation to create a new contact card in their client management system, map over intake responses, and setting follow up notifications when a new consultation is booked.
- Designing, creating and launching multiple e-courses, including writing lessons, setting up tech and e-commerce portals, creating landing pages and marketing materials, etc.
