Terms & Conditions for Business Rebuild Program

By enrolling in the Business Rebuild 12-Month Coaching & Mentorship Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments made for the Program are non-refundable.
  • If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments in full, regardless of participation.

2. 1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Each participant is entitled to monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with Celene.
  • If you miss a scheduled 1:1 session without at least 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited. There are no makeup calls or reschedules for missed sessions.

3. Group Coaching Call

  • Group calls are held monthly as part of the Program.
  • All group calls will be recorded and shared with participants. Attendance is encouraged but not required.

4. No Guarantees of Results

  • Chops Consulting makes no guarantees regarding income, productivity, profitability, or business growth.
  • The strategies, tools, and coaching provided are designed to support you, but your results depend on your own effort, implementation, and decision-making.

5. Confidentiality

  • Confidentiality is essential to maintaining a safe and productive group environment.
  • You agree to keep private any personal or business information shared by other participants during group sessions.
  • Chops Consulting agrees to keep your personal information, business details, and coaching discussions confidential, except as required by law.

6. Use of Program Materials

  • All materials provided as part of the Program (slides, workbooks, recordings, templates, etc.) are for your personal use only.
  • You may not share, distribute, or reproduce Program materials without written permission from Chops Consulting.

7. Participation and Conduct

  • This Program is collaborative and community-driven. You are expected to participate respectfully and contribute positively to group discussions.
  • Chops Consulting reserves the right to remove participants from the Program if their behavior disrupts the group or violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chops Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

By completing your payment and enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
