We have specific, extensive experience (owning or running companies in) law firms / the legal industry (including legal accounting), commercial real estate / commercial real estate appraisal, property management, medical, trucking and logistics, veterinary practices, pet services, accounting, bookkeeping, marketing, social media, content strategy, wedding/event planning, railway, retail, and government agencies. If this sounds like a lot, it’s because we’re a team of career entrepreneurs and operations managers with over 50 years combined running businesses!

We hold multiple certifications for these including degrees/diplomas/certifications in business management, urban land economics, digital marketing, legal administration, veterinary tech, and even wedding planning.

We have also worked with clients in many other industries including automotive, electrical, construction and trades, farming, e-commerce, food and beverage, alcoholic beverage production and sales (wineries, breweries and distilleries), counselling practices, furniture manufacturing and more.

The truth is, regardless of the industry or business type, operations and business strategies are often very similar, of course tailoring to each company’s unique needs. Knowing this, we are able to work with clients in nearly any sector.

We are a fully remote global consulting firm, which means we are able to work with clients located anywhere.
